I just signed up for my first class! What should I expect?
Yay! We can't wait to party with you. All you need to bring is yourself, a bottle of wine if desired, and your creativity. We will check you in as you arrive. We will provide all materials, tools and instruction you need to create a project you will be proud to show off!
How do private parties work?
Private Crafthouse parties are a great and unique way to get together with friends from the neighborhood, family get togethers, alumni events, corporate events, you name it! Pop Up Parties take place in a location of your choice with a minimum of 6 guests. Studio Parties take place at our locationĀ and also require a minimum of 6 guests. Once you contact us about a private party we will help determine the best workshop for your needs and desired theme and decide a date together.
I missed a workshop! Will you offer it again??
We carefully pre-setĀ our calendar based on the latest trends and time-appropriate projects. However, if you missed a class that you were dying to take, feel free to contact us at hello@crafthousestudios.com and we may be able to provide the materials and instruction for the missed class during another class session.
I signed up for a class but I can't make it! Now what?
Cancellations with a 48 hour notice are entitled to a full refund. Unfortunately, as our craftologists take special time and care to create your experience prior to the event, cancellations on the day of the event or no-shows are non-refundable.
